Last autumn in Lviv, a large-scale project, entitled StartUp Breakthrough, was launched by Tech StartUp School of Lviv Polytechnic National University. It brought together startup makers and innovators, successful entrepreneurs, investors, representatives of large technological corporations and government officials. During the project, about fifty startups were presented. Not only finished startups, which just required investment for launching, were presented, but also those that were created during the training course of StartUp Breakthrough.
The winners of the StartUp Breakthrough were selected 10 most interesting and original startups. These include Lingart and Plerdy projects which have been recently selected to participate in the finale of the All-Ukrainian Innovation Festival 2019.
- Lingart is an online platform for multilingual interactive audio books. This platform can simplify the choice between electronic and audio books. The activity is to collect as many books on the platform as possible and make each one readable and listenable through synchronization of the text and sound.
- Plerdy is a multi-functional SaaS product for improving website conversions. Plerdy tools help marketers refine their sales and increase website conversion rates. With the help of a map of clicks you can see the behavior of users on the website pages.
Annual All-Ukrainian Innovation Festival will be held on May 14–16, 2019. The purpose of the event is to develop the culture of academic entrepreneurship, popularize the developments of Ukrainian scientists and innovators, and attract investors to finance the new projects implementation.
