The second competitive selection for training under the Professional Development Program for Managers has been completed.
The Professional Development Program for Managers (hereinafter referred to as the Program) is a unique initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which is implemented by the British Council within the framework of the joint project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the World Bank «Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project – UIHERP».
Between 23 June and 18 July 2025, Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEIs) submitted 85 applications to participate in the second cycle of the Programme, 64 teams of which were selected based on the evaluation results. In addition, 22 teams were guaranteed a place based on the results of the first competitive selection, which took place in March 2025. Thus, 86 HEI teams will participate in the second cycle of the Programme, with a total of 577 academic managers in their core teams.
Thirty-one teams were selected, 15 teams of which were selected based on the results of the first competitive selection, and 16 teams were selected based on the results of the second competitive selection.
Among the teams selected based on the results of the competitive selection there are:
- Lviv Polytechnic National University (team leader – Mykola Lohoda)
- Lviv Polytechnic National University (team leader – Nazariy Popadynets)
