Candidate of Technical Sciences Maria Ruda, Assistant at the Department of Ecological Safety and Nature Protection Activity at Viacheslav Chornovil Institute of Sustainable Development, Lviv Polytechnic National University, is the winner of the BUP Mobility Research Grant 2019.
In order to develop her research, she plans to visit the International Sakharov Environmental Institute of Belarusian State University in the spring of 2020. One of the goals of the project is to identify relevant sustainable development indicators based on the studies of complex landscape systems in the two countries.
The work will be of an interdisciplinary nature, as experts on environmental protection technologies, sociologists, economists and Sustainable Development Goals experts are involved in its implementation.
