Softserve is one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine. In recent years, the company has been actively involved in educational change. It has several bachelor programs at Lviv universities, which were updated and improved by IT experts. In particular, four such programs operate at Lviv Polytechnic.
1. The program «Artificial Intelligence Systems»
Institute of Computer Science and Information Technologies, Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The program was launched in 2017 by the University and SoftServe together with a number of IT companies of Lviv IT Cluster. In the program, the company implemented a dual education approach – from the third year of study, all practical classes are held in the company and students receive the first paid job. This year, the program was completed by the first IT professionals, 20 of whom are already SoftServe employees.

2. Internet of Things Program
Institute of Computer Technologies, Automation and Metrology, Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The program was launched by Lviv IT Cluster companies in 2016. SoftServe is one of the most active companies, which joined both the modernization of the study programs and the work with students. The program offers modern training, an innovative IoT laboratory for students, close cooperation with SoftServe experts during training and internship opportunities in various IT companies in Lviv.

3. Applied mathematics
Institute of Applied Mathematics and Fundamental Sciences, Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The updated study program will start this year. SoftServe experts joined its development. The program will include updated disciplines, motivational lectures by IT specialists, in-depth technical courses and dual study programs from the third year – job and internship in the company.

4. Cybersecurity programs
Several years ago, the companies of Lviv IT Cluster and the company SoftServe launched bachelor programs at three universities in Lviv – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and Lviv State University of Life Safety. The programs train specialists in Cybersecurity and Data Protection. Students have the opportunity to do internships in the company and work closely with SoftServe experts and mentors.
