On May 31, 2024, the Department of Human Resource Management and Administration, the Institute of Economics and Management, successfully held the 3rd All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Personnel Management in the Management System of Organizations: Trends and Development Prospects" at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The main directions of the conference:
- Personnel management: worldview principles and goals of the future
- Modern strategies and tools of HR management
- New ideals, competencies and professional knowledge in the labour market as a condition for quality reproduction of human capital
The event gathered more than 140 participants from different parts of Ukraine. During the event, a wide range of scientific problems were discussed, including:
- personnel management in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war and martial law;
- value orientations in personnel management: universal, national, social, Christian, corporate and personal;
- national identity, mentality and their role in the formation of personnel management models;
- strategies and technologies of personnel management in conditions of emigration, globalization and digitalization;
- the role of recruiting and personnel training in the formation of competencies to increase the effectiveness of the organization;
- personal effectiveness and leadership as components of the competitiveness of enterprises in the conditions of post-war recovery and sustainable development;
- innovative methods of personnel management and development: use of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, game practices, etc.
The conference was attended by practitioners and researchers from higher education institutions of Ukraine, in particular Lviv Polytechnic National University, Berdiansk State Pedagogical University, Vinnytsia Education and Scientific Institute of Economics of West Ukrainian National University, Mykhailo Kotsiubinsky Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University, Odesa National University of Economics, National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use (Rivne), State Enterprise "National Institute of Infrastructure Development" (Rivne), Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, State Biotechnology University (Kharkiv), Western Ukrainian National University of Economics, Chortkiv Institute of Entrepreneurship and Business, National Defense University of Ukraine (Kyiv), Kyiv National University of Economics named after V. Hetman, Communal Institution "Kharkiv Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy", Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Lutsk National Technical University, University of Customs and Finance (Dnipro) and Semen Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
It is planned to publish an electronic collection of scientific works based on the conference materials.
