On February 16, 2023, within the framework of the GoodPharma project, a training «Features of servicing persons with special needs in pharmaceutical distribution» was held.
Oksana Potymko, Head of Resource Center for Educational Information Technology for Persons with Disabilities, Lviv Polytechnic National University, adviser to the mayor of Lviv, gave a lecture and a master class on servicing people with special needs for students of future marketers and pharmacists. Students were able to better understand the problems of individuals with specific problems with whom they will meet in the future as clients and colleagues.
The event was attended by participants of the project group of the Department of Technology of Biologically Active Substances, Pharmacy and Biotechnology (TBASPB) of the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies and the Department of Marketing and Logistics of the Institute of Economics and Management.
