On January 15–17, 2019, the seminar «Cooperation with Ukraine on solving alcoholic problems at the local level» took place at the Training and Rehabilitation Center «Dzherelo» in Lviv. Among the participants of the seminar there were representatives of state and public organizations responsible for preventing alcoholism and drug abuse among children and youth in oblast institutions.
The organizer of the seminar is Fundacja «PRAESTERNO» in cooperation with the Department of Sociology and Social Work of Lviv Polytechnic National University and the Karitas Charity Foundation of the Sambir-Drohobych Eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.
During the seminar, the Polish experts continued to familiarize representatives of state and public organizations of the Lviv region with the experience of the Republic of Poland in preventing alcoholism and drug addiction, and subsequently would join the development of effective measures at the regional and local levels.
