World Universities Web Ranking 2019 released Higher Education Rankings by web popularity till July 2019. Australian company 4ICU, which has been publishing these Rankings since 2005, assessed the popularity of more than 11,000 universities in the world and 171 higher education institutions in Ukraine due to the popularity of their web resources.
Lviv Polytechnic National University was ranked seventh among Ukrainian universities and improved its position by three points in comparison with the last year’s January 4ICU ranking.

The ranking uses citation indicators and attendance of official websites of world universities. The sources of information are databases of the international Internet giant Google, the American company Alexa Internet (a subsidiary of Amazon) and the British company Majestic-12.
