On April 15, 2022, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference «Public administration during the war and postwar period in Ukraine» started online. It is co-organized by Lviv Polytechnic National University.
On the first day the conference took place in two thematic areas:
- Public-administrative potential of Ukraine's victory in the information and semantic war against the Russian Federation
- Security aspects of Ukrainian public administration
Co-chairman of the organizing committee and moderator of the first section is Petro Petrovskyi - Head of the Department of Public Administration and Public Service, the Institute of Public Administration, Lviv Polytechnic, Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, who made a report «Scientific Front of Information and Semantic War against Russia».
The reports of the speakers were extremely relevant and meaningful, including:
- Taras Shevchenko - Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine;
- Nataliia Rynhach - Chief Research Fellow, Ptoukha Institute for Demography and Social Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Senior Researcher;
- Oksana Parkhomenko-Kutsevil - Head of the Department of Public Administration, Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor;
- Marian Tokar – Professor at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Uzhhorod National University, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Director of the Research Institute of Political Regional Studies of Uzhhorod National University.
The reports of the speakers aroused great interest of all present. An interesting discussion took place and some proposals were developed that will be used for the victory of Ukraine in the information and semantic war against the Russian Federation.
Research and teaching staff of the Institute of Public Administration, the Institute of Administration and Postgraduate Education and other Institutes of Lviv Polytechnic take an active part in the conference.
The conference will last until April 28, several more sections will be held and conference materials will be published in electronic form. We invite you to cooperate!
