The document, which envisages cooperation between the university and business in the field of aviation engineering and research, was signed by Ihor Helzhynskyi, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Infrastructure Management, and Dmytro Horlin, Technology Director at the partner company.
The agreement provides for the creation of a modern educational and research infrastructure, the promotion of scientific developments and applied research, and the involvement of industry representatives in updating educational programs. This partnership will enable the university to advance professional education in line with the needs of today’s market, particularly companies operating in high-tech defense and aviation sectors. Students, in turn, will gain opportunities to initiate and implement their own innovative startups.
As part of the event, the Department of Aviation and Manufacturing Engineering (AME), the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport (IMET) received technical equipment worth about 270 thousand hryvnias: a Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer, an ultrasonic flaw detector UD2301, a professional thermal imager WALCOM CA-10 (260×200) for repairing electronics and printed circuit boards, a drying cabinet SP-30K, an Accta DPS-305U laboratory power supply, a set of Dnipro-M screwdrivers with a ratchet and S2 attachments, a LUKEY 852D + FAN soldering station, a UNI-T UT89XD digital multimeter, and a SIGLENT SDS1202X-E phosphor digital oscilloscope.
Petro Pukach noted that cooperation with business provides mutual benefit, as it allows our graduates to become highly qualified specialists and receive a decent reward for their work. Specialists trained by the Department of Aviation and Manufacturing Engineering are already in demand in the market, and the need for them will only grow in the future.
