This is a great opportunity to improve your leadership and management skills. The programme is designed for young people aged 15–22 and offers a comprehensive look at business processes through the lens of the personal and professional experiences of accomplished individuals.
The Junior MBA programme has been running at our university for four years. Its trainers and speakers are managers and well-known personalities who have built careers and their own businesses and they are recognised not only in Ukraine but also internationally.
Junior MBA participants will gain knowledge and experience in all top IT areas, entrepreneurial and investment spheres and will visit such leading companies as Sigma Software University, SoftServe Lviv HQ, Eleks University, Bank Credit Agricole and others.
According to the project manager, Associate Professor at Lviv Polytechnic Iryna Andrushkiv, the curriculum consists of four modules covering the topics of motivation, leadership, teamwork and practical finance – from budgeting to investments, management and entrepreneurial skills, as well as business communication.
The training will begin on 2 October and will last four months, twice a week remotely, and intensive trainings in an offline format will be held once or twice a month.
