- create resource-efficient economy adapted to climate change and ensure a stable supply of raw materials to meet the needs of the growing world population within the sustainable use of natural resources of the planet;
- develop innovative and secure societies and societies of equal opportunities in the context of new transformations and global interdependence growing.
