Lecturers of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication Iryna Mudra and Maryana Kitsa, , advanced their qualifications at the University of Rzeszów
Iryna Mudra and Maryana Kitsa, lecturers of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Lviv Polytechnic National University, successfully completed advanced training at the Institute of Polish Studies and Journalism of the University of Rzeszów; the acquired knowledge and skills will be implemented in the educational process. Improving the qualifications of our teachers became possible thanks to the grant program No. 22310314 "Journalism education in the Visegrad Four countries and Ukraine: strengthening cooperation" with the funds of the International Visegrad Foundation.
The teachers got acquainted with the structure of the institution of higher education. The University of Rzeszów has the Institute of Polonistics and Journalism. It is there that they prepare future specialists for the media. The University has 12 faculties and 54 specialties. Their learning is interesting and interactive. The buildings of the university are new, equipped with equipment and everything necessary for studying.
The library at the University of Rzeszów is also spacious and modern. The teachers of "Lviv Polytechnic" familiarized themselves with the library funds and processed the scientific, educational and methodological literature on journalism.
Interactive, interesting and informative - these are the impressions our lecturers received after the class on the subject "Advertising" at the University of Rzeszów. Associate professors Iryna Mudra and Maryana Kitsa had the opportunity to attend a class held by Dr. Justyna Maikhrovska for her students.
During the professional development, the teachers of the Department of ZHZMK, Maryana Kitsa and Iryna Mudra, also took part in the ceremonial events dedicated to the beginning of the new academic year at the University of Rzeszów.
The reports of the associate professors on professional development were heard at the meeting of the ZHZMK department of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" and approved by the Academic Council of the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education.
