Project Timetable

1. Preparation period (January 2022 - June 2022): launching the European Studies for Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University web-site and microblog on Telegram platform, and also on Facebook Group; preparation of detailed curricula, didactic materials, teaching aids and tools, e-courses, development of precise programs of deliverables and events;
2.  Implementation period (September 2022 – June 2023): 

• teaching the course «Ukraine - EU digital transformation»; 
• teaching the course, «EU energetics and new trends for Ukraine»; 
• teaching the course, «Environmental and climate sustainability of the EU»; 
• improving e-courses, didactic materials, teaching aids and tools; 
• conducting research and working on 4 articles, handbook, preparation for speeches at conferences of various levels; 
• 11 events provided with information campaigns:

1.  Innovation Center «European Studies for Technical Specialties»;
2. A series of «Public Lectures»;
3. Academy of European Studies «Decentralization and Community Development: EU Programs for Ukraine»;
4. «Winter Euroschools»;
5. Speaking Club «New European trends and professional growth»;
6. Media literacy «Truth about the EU»;
7. Competition for the best promo video «EUROVISION»;
8. Media – «Eurolibrary»;
9. Green Deal Euro Day in schools;
10. Excursions «European public tours»;
11.  Workshop «Pump your digitalization».

September 2023 – June 2024:

3. Evaluation – the end of each academic year (July 2023, July 2024, July 2025): different research methods and practices will be used to measure what progress the project has made towards achieving its objectives.

4. Follow-up ( January 2022 – July 2025): monitoring the courses of a project and adjusting project activities if needed to ensure effectiveness of project results. Checking wilІ be performed on schedule, within the budget and as per requirements. Feedbacks on schedules, requirements, team members’ performance, costs, and other critical factors will be formed in order to determine project success. 

5. Dissemination (February 2022 – October 2025): carrying out an information and awareness-raising campaign on project implementation and results according to the developed dissemination and exploitation strategy through open events, materials, online and off-line media, research articles and a handbook.

 6. Reporting (August – October 2025): preparation and submission of the final report.
