The IX International Scientific and Practical Conference «Social Transformations and Security: Man, State, Society» took place in Lviv. A peculiarity of this year’s Conference is a combination of online and offline events.
72 participants represented the academic and university community, business and public sector, in particular, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, Sumy State University, University of Banking, V. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv University of Trade and Economics, NGOs «Agency of European Innovation», «Ukrainian Expert League», and Builders Association «Budindustria».
Opening the plenary session, Co-chair of the organizing committee of the Conference, Head of the Research Laboratory of Social and Demographic Policy and Management «DEMOS», Lviv Polytechnic National University, Professor Uliana Sadova outlined the thematic areas of the meeting, drew attention to the fact that the peculiarity of this year’s scientific event is the emphasis on the development of the dual form of higher and professional education, project activity within the framework of social partnership of universities, authorities, public organizations and business.
