A separate structural unit –the College of Technology, Lviv Polytechnic National University – participates in the online SELFIE survey conducted by the European Commission.
The subject of the research is the state of digitalization, and the effectiveness of digital technologies in educational institution.
The SELFIE online survey used questionnaires to anonymously and voluntarily collect the opinions of school leaders, teachers and students. Based on the results, an interactive report will be generated to help identify the strengths and weaknesses of the college’s digitalization.
SELFIE has three questionnaires, one for each category of users – institution leaders, teachers and students. Each of the questionnaires contains a number of key questions, which are divided into six general areas: leadership, infrastructure and equipment, continuing professional development, teaching and learning, assessment practices, and digital competence of students.
Upon completion of the survey, the college will be able to receive an open SELFIE award, which can be used on a blog, website, social media or email signature.
Based on the results of the survey and their analysis, management decisions will be formed as one of the elements of ensuring the internal quality system in education.
