Mariia Halushchak, the teaching assistant of the Department of Applied Mathematics of the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Fundamental Sciences at Lviv Polytechnic National University, won the Austrian Grant from OeAD on her project «Spatio-temporal uncertainty assessment of GHG emission inventories towards diagnostic learning» at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Laxenburg, Austria.
This is already the second OeAD grant of the University representative: the first, where the research lasted 9 months, she received while being a postgraduate student in 2015.
And before that, in 2013, while being a student of Lviv Polytechnic, Mariia Halushchak took part in the IIASA's Young Scientists Summer Program YSSP 2013.
