Recently, there has been a presentation of Philip Morris Business Academy Ukraine at Lviv Polytechnic National University. The event was organized by the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations of University with the assistance of the Departments of Marketing and Logistics, Organizational Management and Human Resource Management and Administration of the Institute of Economics and Management.
Addressing to students, a recent graduate of Lviv Polytechnic, now a sales analyst at the company, Petro Haliuk, described in detail the opportunities and the study at Business Academy, shared his own career success story, which started with the passing qualifying tests to study at Business Academy.
Nataliia Volchkova, Head of Commercial Planning Activities of Philip Morris Ukraine, gave the audience important information about the company, its employment and the prospects for career growth.
Business Academy is an interesting and useful cognitive training program that helps to understand how the structural divisions of a large international FMCG company work. In particular, it is about the system of sales, marketing and innovations. Participation in it not only helps to understand how a large international commercial structure works, but also to see a real prospect of becoming a part of its team.
–The best candidates, said Nataliia Volchkova, will get a chance to join the INKOMPASS or Aspire internship programs. According to statistics of past years, more than 40 percent of our interns were students of Business Academy. Classes will be held at the regional office of the company in Lviv. The course lasts one month, classes are held every Saturday. The third and fourth-year students with a level of English not lower than Upper-intermediate can study at the Academy.
