Cultural Exchange is an opportunity for members of the International Student Organization BEST to go abroad and learn how the organization works at the international level and how work is set up in other centers.

The BEST Lviv delegates have recently returned from Greece and shared their impressions.

– It was really cool. We managed to see a lot of beauty. For example, the huge stadium where the first Olympic Games took place. After such rest I have memories for all my life, said Nestor Zasymenko.

– I liked everything, I wish to go there again! Athens is a cool city, but it’s quite hot there. Incredible coffee is made by incredible people. I miss it and want to go back, added Olena Levchyshyn.

– I am very happy that I was lucky to get on this cultural exchange with the Greeks. We were able to meet a huge number of people of this nationality and learn more about their culture, see the city, a few parties – and all this in another country much hotter than in Lviv, as much as 38 degrees!, said Yulian Ohonovskyi.

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization, represented by 93 branches in 34 countries. BEST helps students achieve international thinking, a better understanding of cultures and peoples, and develop skills in an international environment.

The BEST Lviv local branch has been operating at Lviv Polytechnic National University since 2002.
