The Department of Administrative and Financial Management, the Institute of Administration and Postgraduate Education, Lviv Polytechnic, and the University Tech StartUp School together with Cracow University of Economics (Poland), Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Switzerland), Shine2Europe (Portugal) and the European Center for Women and Technology (Norway) became partners of the DISCO project with the support of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology for Higher Education (EIT HEI Initiative).

The DISCO project (Developing Innovative Sustainable Cooperation Opportunities) aims to strengthen the innovative potential of higher education institutions through joint learning, cooperation and knowledge exchange between students and representatives of innovative ecosystems of universities.

DISCO will promote the development of innovative and entrepreneurial skills among students – founders of startups – through training, consulting and coaching.

The project will make it possible to create inter-branch and inter-institutional communities that will unite higher education institutions, innovators, entrepreneurs, startup makers, public and state partners to focus efforts and work in three areas:

  • digitization;
  • sustainable innovative development;
  • international cooperation of business communities.
