For five days, from May 13 to 17, several Polytechnic academics and representatives of other seven Ukrainian universities had the opportunity to study the FlexSim program. After passing the exams, the participants received international certificates which would enable them to independently work with FlexSim and implement it in the study program.
In order to enable the university staff to study this program, the InterMarium Foundation provided a full, unlimited in time educational license for the laboratory with up to 20 workplaces.
Due to the FlexSim program, Polytechnic opens another area for research, a platform for collaboration with scientific institutions from around the world and has an excellent opportunity to collaborate with business. The organizers of training expressed the hope that in the future Polytechnic will be able to provide the market with the necessary specialists and provide services to enterprises, receiving additional funding.
– The agreement on cooperation is practically signed. FlexSim can be a part of several different courses, especially in such areas as: Production Management, Logistics Management, Process Automation and Business Analysis. By joining the FlexSim academic community, Polytechnic will become a part of the global academic and business network (several hundred higher education institutions use FlexSim, about 40 in our region) to be able to join international projects, conferences, academic and student exchanges – said Krystian Kogut, a board member of the InterMarium Foundation.
