Lviv Polytechnic establishes cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Kuwait. In particular, today Rector Yurii Bobalo and Vice-Rector for Education and International Relations of the University Nataliya Chukhray had an online meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Oleksandr Balanutsa. As a result of the meeting, the participants discussed the prospects for the development of educational cooperation between Ukraine and Kuwait, as well as the planned participation of Lviv Polytechnic in the educational information campaign of the Embassy.
«I am very glad that you have decided to help Lviv Polytechnic. We are pleased that you paid attention to our University. And I sincerely hope that today’s meeting, although it is online, will bring the desired result as soon as possible. After all, if both parties are interested in a certain process, success is inevitable. Thank you, Mr. Ambassador, for seeing Lviv Polytechnic as a university where students from the State of Kuwait can study. We hope that our cooperation will be developing and gain more and more momentum,» said Yurii Bobalo, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic.
Oleksandr Balanutsa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait, first congratulated Rector and Vice-Rector on the Feast of the Annunciation, and then told about his vision of cooperation with Polytechnic.
During the conversation, the Ambassador presented to the University team the Kuwaiti application for smartphones «U-APP», which provides online support to applicants when entering the university. Ukrainian universities can connect to the mobile application free of charge.
Nataliya Chukhray, Vice-Rector for Education and International Relations of the University, expressed her gratitude to the Ambassador for the trust and gave a short presentation of the University activities.
