During the meeting of the Academic Board on May 28, academic staff of the University received certificates of appreciation from Lviv Regional Military Administration and the Regional Council. These awards are timed to the Day of Science, which was on May 18. The criterion for the award was a significant personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian science, high professionalism, many years of conscientious work, as well as success in the organization and implementation of scientific and pedagogical work, the implementation of modern teaching methods, and the education of young people.
Thus, the diploma of Lviv Regional Military Administration (LRMA) was awarded to Yurii Dziurakh, Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative and Financial Management, Doctor of Philosophy in Public Management and Administration.
LRMA presented certificates of appreciation to Associate Professor Olha Kuz, Deputy Director for Research, Viacheslav Chornovil Institute of Sustainable Development, Professor Andrii Kutsyk, Department of Electromechatronics and Computerized Electromechanical Systems, and Associate Professor Mariana Shkoliar, Department of Sociology and Social Work.
Lviv Regional Council highly appreciated the achievements of Volodymyr Atamaniuk, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering, and Vitalii Korendii, Head of the Department of Technical Mechanics and Engineering Graphics.
The same awards were received by the Oleksandr Bilous, Deputy Director for Research, the Institute of Public Administration, Governance and Professional Development, as well as Professor Viktoria Havryliak, senior research fellow, the Department of Technology of Biologically Active Substances, Pharmacy and Biotechnology, and Professor Olena Bilyk, the Department of Administrative and Financial Management.
All certificates of appreciation were presented by Yurii Bobalo, Rector of the University. The Academic Board congratulated the awardees and thanked them for their fruitful work.
