The information and educational resource Osvita.ua compiled the Consolidated Ranking of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine 2022
The leading national rankings of educational institutions of Ukraine among experts and mass media were used as input data for compiling the consolidated ranking of higher education institutions of Ukraine: Top-200 Ukraine, Scopus and Scopus and Score of External Examinations for the Contract Form of Study, each of which uses different evaluation criteria of higher educational institutions.
The obtained generalized ranking summarizes the ranking positions of educational institutions according to the version Top-200 Ukraine, Scopus and Score of External Examinations for the Contract Form of Study.
According to the results of the Consolidated ranking 2022, the leader of higher education is Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which heads the list of the best universities in Ukraine for the sixth year in a row. This university is also the leader in the sub-ranking of classical universities of the country.
The second place in the ranking 2022 is taken by the National Technical University «Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute». This institution is also recognized as the best technical university in the country.
The third place in the Consolidated ranking is taken by Ivan Franko National University of Lviv
The fourth place in the ranking – Karazin Kharkiv National University.
The fifth place among the best institutions of higher education in 2022 belongs to Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The list of the best agricultural universities this year was headed by the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences
Among the pedagogical institutions, the best in the ranking is Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University.
Danylo Halytskyi Lviv National Medical University is recognized as the best medical institution of education in Ukraine.
Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts has been identified as the leader among art institutions of Ukraine.
Kyiv School of Economics demonstrated the best indicators this year among private institutions of higher education.
Ivan Franko National University of Lviv is the best educational institution of the Western region, in Southern – Odesa Mechnikov National University, in Northern region – Sumy State University, in Eastern region – Karazin Kharkiv National University, in Central – Stus Donetsk National University, which currently operates in Vinnytsia.
In total, universities from ten cities of Ukraine are represented in the top 20 of the Consolidated ranking: Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Sumy, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, Kropyvnytskyi and Dnipro.
