According to the results of this year’s U-Multirank World University Rankings 2022 report, Lviv Polytechnic National University ranks second among 93 higher education institutions of Ukraine.
The U-Multirank rankings determine the effectiveness of universities in the following areas of activity:
- learning and teaching;
- scientific research;
- knowledge transfer;
- international focus;
- regional cooperation.
The overall rankings are formed by the number of the highest «A» grades obtained according to the relevant indicators.
In 2022, Lviv Polytechnic has significantly improved its position in the rankings and received the highest grade «A» for 14 indicators (in 2021 – for seven, in 2020 – for four). This result was achieved due to the improvement of work, in particular in the areas of teaching and learning (five highest marks), scientific research and regional cooperation (three highest marks each).
