This weekend in the sports complex of Lviv Polytechnic National University there was the Women’s Premier League in handball. Here the region was represented by the handball club «Lviv Polytechnic» – a joint team of the University and the Lviv Professional College of Sports.
In the final round, our handball players played against teams from Brovary, Sumy and Ternopil. The representatives of Lviv region won in all three matches, and for the second time became the champions of Ukraine among the Premier League teams.
It should be noted that for the whole season Lvivites have been defeated only once. The team is coached by Vitalii Nadych.
