On October 15, 2024, the Department of Administrative and Informational Law, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education, and the Lviv District Administrative Court signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the 19th academic building of Lviv Polytechnic National University. This document is aimed at improving the practical training of students majoring in 081 «Law» and providing them with the opportunity to gain real experience in the judicial system.
Oleksandr Komornyi, Head of the Lviv District Administrative Court, and Volodymyr Ortynsky, Director of the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education attended the event. They both emphasized the importance of this step to bring the educational process closer to the real conditions of legal practice.
The main purpose of the Memorandum is to improve practical skills of the students majoring in Law, and to ensure their professional training in the real conditions of legal activity. Such cooperation will also contribute to the development of scientific and educational activities, creating opportunities for internships for academic staff and involving judges in the educational process. As part of the cooperation, a scientific and practical center is being created on the basis of the court, which will become a center for research and a place for students to do internships and training.
