On October 19 and 20, 2018, simultaneously at Vinnytsia National Technical University (Ukraine) and Politehnica University of Bucharest (Romania) there were semi-finals of the International Collegiate Programming Contest in South-Eastern Europe (SEERC) with the participation of the best teams which represented countries of the Balkan Peninsula, Moldova and Ukraine.
The cKhmPC_FantasticThree team of Khmelnytskyi Polytechnic College of Lviv Polytechnic National University took honorable first place among the college teams and 28th out of 48 among the university teams.
