This is an opportunity to improve your leadership and management skills and form your own understanding of business as a process, as well as to learn from the experience of successful people and communicate with cool managers and famous personalities who work as trainers and speakers of this program.
Junior MBA participants will gain knowledge and experience in all top IT areas and will visit such leading companies as Sigma Software University, SoftServe Lviv HQ, ELEKS University and other well-known business structures. The program includes the following modules:
- motivation and leadership;
- financial solutions;
- Introduction to MBA;
- business communications.
The training will start on October 1 and will last for four months. Twice a week, from 17:00 to 18:20, classes will be held online, and once or twice a month, students will have intensive offline training.
According to Iryna Andrushkiv, project manager and Associate Professor at the Department of Project Management, the Institute of Public Administration, Governance and Professional Development, Lviv Polytechnic, participation in the program is a chance to find your own ways of personal and professional fulfilment. Upon successful completion of the course, its graduates will receive a certificate.
The project is part of the program «Lviv is European Youth Capital 2025», the MoloDvizhCentre and UNICEF, with the support of Lviv Polytechnic, IT companies Sigma Software University Global, ELEKS University and SoftServe Lviv HQ, the Department of Youth and Sports of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Lviv Education Department, the Department of Youth Policy and Education of Lviv City Council, and the Department of Management of Organizations at Lviv Polytechnic.
