On 26-27 May 2016 the lecturer of the Department of Foreign Trade and Customs of the Lviv Polytechnic National University, Catherine Dzyubina, held a two-day training on "Development of the projects using the logical-framework approach".
The training was conducted with the support of the project "Civil society. Dialog for a progress", a member of the Consortium of which fromUkraine is the Initiative Center to Support Social Action "Ednannia".
Training was dedicated to:
- the features of the European project management;
- providing analysis of the interested sides, the stakeholders and the beneficiaries;
- formation the problem tree and objectives tree of the project;
- the choosing of the project strategy;
- the identification of tools and resources for project implementation;
- the identification of the risks and opportunities to overcome them;
- the formation of the structural-logical matrix of the project and checking its logic implementation etc.
It has been planned the further use of the gained knowledge and skills in order to participate in European Union programs Erasmus +, Horizon 2020 and other programs dedicated to projects partnership and the measures of mobility in the field of education and science.
