Lviv Polytechnic established cooperation with Kingston University London in the framework of the Erasmus+ KA1 project, and for several years in a row our students have had the opportunity to study for a semester on an exchange in the UK. In general, five Institutes of Lviv Polytechnic National University are involved in the project, including the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport.

This academic year, Omar Bekhit, a student of the Department of Automotive Engineering, who is studying within the Department’s English-language educational program, participated in international credit mobility program and had the opportunity to study for a semester at Kingston University.

Omar shared his impressions:

– It was a great chance and an interesting experience, which gave me the opportunity to experience a new culture and new approaches to learning, as well as to improve my English language skills. I met lots of people from different countries and gained experience that helped me become more responsible and reliable person. In my free time I visited interesting places and cities. I am very pleased I had the opportunity to study under the Erasmus+ programme.
