Five days, from November 29 to December 3, – without rest, weekends and even without the opportunity to hang around worked the teams of BEST – EBEC (European BEST Engineering Competition).
This year it was the first time these competitions lasted so long. The organizers intentionally provided more time so that teams could work more actively, not hurry to their lessons and spend all weekends, eight hours a day, for the sake of their own developments.
As a result, the Leavers team (2nd year ICSIT students: Volodymyr Bilokopytyi, Anton Vovk, Denys Hlova and Andrii Vakhula) will compete in Case Study category at the national round, and the Sunshine_v2.0 team (third year ICSIT students: Olena Matsiuk, Taras Tymchuk, Khrystyna Hafiak and ICTA student Mykhailo Tsapiak) – in the Team Design category.
This year 120 winners of national and local competitions from 34 European countries will go to Turin, Italy, to the European round – the EBEC Final – to win the title of the Best Engineer of Europe.
