The fourth training workshop «Effective communication and feedback» will begin at 10:00 on October 6 and 7 (at the choice of the participants) in room 226 of the main building.
The workshop will be conducted by Nadiia Liubomudrova, head of the Department of Employee Training and Development. Its participants will:
- get acquainted with the concept of harmonious communication, the need for trust and support in communication;
- learn non-verbal communication;
- practice high-quality feedback;
- discuss COIN, SBI, SLC feedback models;
- develop approaches to effective interaction with subordinates, using proactive vocabulary.
Previous trainings of the School of Leadership were dedicated to such topics as: «How to support the team in times of crisis (wartime)?» (about organizing work in conditions of uncertainty, about anxiety, resilience, and prevention of burnout), «Formation and development of the manager’s emotional competence» (about emotional intelligence, emotional messages of interlocutors, emotional states, self-control skills, managing one’s own emotions), «Coaching-style motivation» (about employee motivation, own motivational strategy).
According to Nadiia Liubomudrova: «We chose the most effective study format – training, during which the necessary management skills are formed and polished, where we can consider and analyze specific situations from the experience and daily work of the heads of University Departments. We interpret the School of Leadership as a tool for developing organizational skills and realizing the leadership potential of our employees».
