Ms. Monika Stanisz, the coordinator of the Erasmus+ program from the Department of International Cooperation at Rzeszów University of Technology visited the Center for International Education at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The purpose of her friendly visit was to coordinate the implementation of academic exchange programs for students, postgraduates and lecturers within the Erasmus+ KA107.
During the meeting the Polish guest, Oleh Matviikiv, Vice-Rector for Education and International Relations of Lviv Polytechnic National University, and Nataliia Hots, the head of the Center for International Education of University, discussed the organization of bilateral academic mobility. Ms. Stanisz emphasized the growing attention of the European office Erasmus+ to meeting the requirements of the European Commission and noted that fulfillment of these requirements regarding transparent selection of candidates for participation in the Erasmus+ program is a key to increasing the participation of Ukrainian universities in academic exchanges. The Polish colleague proposed to take part in other projects of the Erasmus+ program in the topical areas of cooperation.
Our universities are looking forward to the European Commission and the Erasmus+ in Poland announcing the results of the Erasmus+ KA107 scholarships for 2019-2020.
