The annual meeting of the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers – Eurodoc AGM 2022 took place on June 10-11, 2022. The representatives of the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine attended the event.
On the first day of the work, the results of the previous year were heard, the proposed changes to the Eurodoc charter were approved and a number of other issues were considered. On the agenda of the second day there were issues related to the annual goals that Eurodoc members focus on, as well as the election of members of the Board, Secretariat, etc.
Following the results of Eurodoc AGM 2022, for the first time in the history of the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers, the president of the organization was elected the Ukrainian – Oleksandr Berezko, a consultant to the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Social Communications and Information Activities, Lviv Polytechnic National University, longtime member of the Eurodoc Council, author and project manager of OPTIMA!
In addition, six Ukrainian representatives were elected to the Eurodoc Secretariat. In particular, Khrystyna Zub, a leading software engineer at the Web Services Support and Development Unit, the Center of Information Support, Lviv Polytechnic, became the webmaster of the organization.
