Dear Polytechnicians!
To thank, to honour and to be worthy of the heroic deeds of our Heroes is something that each of us must do every day. Today, on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, we remember and awe all those who have laid down their lives during more than ten years of the Russian war in Ukraine, leaving unhealed wounds in the hearts of our people.
We thank every soldier, among whom there are so many Polytechnicias – employees, graduates, students – for standing against the enemy invasion and being in danger every minute, so that we here, in the rear, have a chance for tomorrow. We bow to you for your feat!
May the victory over the enemy come soon! We wish you and your family fortitude, endurance and happiness for many years to come!
Let us remember that we have a duty to our Heroes, and with our work, our lives, our actions and deeds, we must do everything to make our country prosperous and our people free!
