Together with partners and within the project «Norway – Ukraine» Lviv Polytechnic National University developed a special free program «Strategic Development of Territorial Communities» for ATO members, their families and servicemen who want to become civil servants or local government officials.

The course will include many innovations, including the use of modern technologies and startups for the development of territories and communities, the use of space information, quadcopters, warning systems, security and mobility, smart parking and IT management products. There will be lots of meetings and interactions with best practices from the World Smart Cities Forum, the Association of Ukrainian Cities, and the Association of Small Towns of Ukraine.
At the same time, there is a selection for the already traditional and free program «Startup Development Technologies» for startup makers among the participants of the anti-terrorist operation and members of their families.
