Being founded on December 20, 2010, the Department is the newest in the Economics and Management Institute. Ideologically, the department will direct its efforts towards the training of the managerial elite and administrative specialists (business, public, social), who are going to provide the European level of the administrative service. The Personnel Management and Administration Department will become a connecting link, an integrating factor of all the manager training courses. It logically supplements the system manager training idea in the Economics and Management Institute.
The Department includes 8 persons of the staff: 1 Sc.D., 4 Ph.D., 3 associate professors, 1 senior lecturer and 2 assistants.
