From May 28 to 30, 2025, Marketing and Logistics Department lecturers, Associate Professors Taisisa Nakonechna and Natalisa Mashchak, held the “Green School” at the “Malyuk” Primary School of the Lviv City Council, which includes a preschool department.
On May 28, Associate Professors Taisiia Nakonechna and Nataliia Mashchak conducted a “Green Class” session, aimed at fostering ecological awareness among students, developing skills in environmental culture, encouraging their participation in socially beneficial activities with their parents, practicing care for the environment, and promoting EU ecological knowledge and practices. During the lecture, children were engaged in research activities, the development of critical thinking and creativity, as well as teamwork and expressing their opinions.
On May 29, Associate Professor Nataliia Mashchak organized an outdoor team quest “Guardians of the Environment,” consisting of 8 stations where students completed various environmentally themed tasks and earned points. Associate Professor Taisiia Nakonechna conducted an educational game “EcoBattle” to raise children’s awareness of the rational use of resources.
On May 30, Associate Professors Nataliia Mashchak and Taisiia Nakonechna organized a drawing contest on the topic “Ecological Monsters,” with presentations by the teams. The event concluded with the summing up of the “Green School,” awarding the teams, and distributing certificates and prizes.
Project team members Taisiia Nakonechna and Nataliia Mashchak express their gratitude to all participants, the school principal, Ms. Oksana Rosypska, and the teachers of the “Malyuk” Primary School of the Lviv City Council with the preschool department.
This event was held as part of the project “Dissemination of EU practices through e-marketing, conscious consumption, circular economy, resource efficiency” (“E-marketing of conscious consuming”) under the EU Erasmus+ Jean Monnet program.
