From September 22, 2021, students of Lviv Polytechnic will study in a mixed form due to the significant increase in COVID-19 cases. On September 20, the order No. 521–1-03 «On the transfer of students to blended learning» was signed.
– If there is more than one group of students majoring in one specialty, the lectures will be held online according to the schedule. Lectures for students, where there is only one group, will take place in classrooms. All practical, seminar and laboratory classes will be held offline, – explained Oleh Matviikiv, First Vice-Rector of Lviv Polytechnic. – If there is at least one sick student in a group, then all studies – both lectures and practical classes- will be held online.
The Vice-Rector also stressed that the update of information in the Virtual Learning Environment is being completed. Accordingly, the provision of all disciplines with lecture materials will be checked. As in the previous semester, teachers must make video recordings of lectures and upload them to the archives of the Department.
