For the second year in a row, the Department of Political Science and International Relations, the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences, together with the Career Guidance Center, Lviv Polytechnic National University, and with the support of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Ternopil and the Belz territorial community of Lviv region, holds a presentation competition for secondary school students on the topic «International Cooperation of My Community».
On 23 March, 2025, a solemn awards ceremony was held for the winners of the competition which more than 30 students submitted their works to. Students presented their communities, analyzed projects that were implemented with the support of international partners, and also determined the prospects for the development of international cooperation of their communities. They got interested in the major International Relations, emphasizing the importance of developing international cooperation at the regional level.
The jury of the competition, consisting of Professor Halyna Lutsyshyn, Head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences, Lviv Polytechnic National University; Yaroslav Vizniak, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in the city of Ternopil; Taras Starodub, First Deputy Mayor of the Belz territorial community; Uliana Ilnytska and Zoriana Zazuliak, Associate Professors at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, chose the winners of the competition «International Cooperation of My Community».
