Entrants to the bachelor’s degree, both on the basis of a document of complete general secondary education and on the basis of a junior specialist or junior bachelor’s diploma, began to register their e-cabinets in July 1.
Registration for creative competitive exams and admission interviews to the government-funded form of study (022 «Design»; 023 «Fine Art, Decorative Art, Restoration»; 191 «Architecture and Urban Planning») ended on July 10.
Competitive exams will last until July 18, according to the agreed schedule. However, those who want to get enrolled in these specialties at the expense of individuals and legal entities can register for competitive exams and interviews until July 25.
Documents and applications submissions will last from July 19 to July 31 (18:00).
We would like to remind you that this year everyone enters based on the results of the NMT/ZNO. Only those who have chosen contract form specialties which are given special support, can get enrolled on the results of the interview and motivation letter. The list of such specialties: 015, 102, 103, 105, 131, 132, 133, 134, 136, 141, 143, 144, 161, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 181, 183, 183, 192 194, 261, 263, 273, 274, 275.
Interviews and additional competitive exams for entrants applying for places only at the expense of individuals and legal entities will take place according to the schedule in the period from July 19 to 31.
The formation of ranking lists of entrants with recommendations for enrollment and the publication of the list of recommended ones with notification of receiving or not receiving the right to obtain higher education at the expense of the state or local budget will take place no later than August 5, 2023.
Entrants have to submit documents till:
- 18:00 on August 8 – for entrants to the government-funded form of education;
- 18:00 on August 16 – for entrants to the contract form of education.
For enrollment to the university, an entrant must submit the following documents:
- a copy of the document (one of the documents) certifying identity of a person, provided for by the Law of Ukraine «On the Unified State Demographic Register and documents confirming the citizenship of Ukraine, certifying identity of a person or his/her special status»;
- a copy of the military registration document (for conscripts – a military ticket or a temporary certificate of a conscript, and a certificate of registration at conscription stations);
- a copy of the document (state model) about the previously obtained education, on the basis of which the admission is made, if the information about it is not stored in the Unified State Electronic Database for Education;
- copies of documents certified by the Admissions Committee, which confirm the entrant’s right to participate in the competition based on the results of the interview, enrollment under quotas-1, quotas-2;
- four 3x4 cm color photos.
Enrollment will take place on:
- August 10, 2023 – to the government-funded form of study;
- August 18, 2023 – to the contract form.
Transfer to vacant positions of the state order – no later than September 18, 2023.
Entrants whose study is funded by individuals and legal entities can submit applications and get enrolled during additional recruitment in the period from September 4 to 29.
Persons who have the right to special admission conditions regarding participation in the competitive selection are registered in room 213 in the main building.
