During September-November 2018, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held a competition among students of higher education institutions, postgraduates and adjunct lecturers for the best scientific article on the constitutional and legal issues related to the protection of human rights, the rights of citizens and their freedoms. The results of this competition, devoted to the All-Ukrainian Human Rights Week, were announced on December 10, 2018.
According to the jury, one of the winners of the competition was Sofiia Oleksyshyn, the 4th year student of the Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology of Lviv Polytechnic National University. Her article on dual citizenship won the third prize in the competition (scientific supervisor – Iryna Sofinska, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Constitutional and International Law.
The article will be published in the Visnyk of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine journal, issue No. 1/2019.
