On May 1, another webinar by the specialists of Project Office, Lviv Polytechnic, dedicated to the peculiarities of writing and submitting applications under the International Visegrad Fund program, ended. About 40 employees and researchers from various University Institutes and Departments took part in the event.
Associate Professor Nazarii Andrushchak, Candidate of Technical Sciences, head of the Project Office, opened the event. He talked about the activities of the unit, emphasizing the services and consultations provided by the Project Office to all employees of Lviv Polytechnic.
The main speaker of the webinar was Svitlana Holovchak, Project Office specialist. During the webinar, the participants received a lot of useful information how to write grant applications and fill out the application form under the International Visegrad Fund program.
In particular, the following issues were discussed at the webinar:
- peculiarities of the Visegrad Fund grant program;
- opportunities for participation in the competition for Ukraine;
- search for partners from the Visegrad Four;
- peculiarities of filling out a grant application for the program;
- formation of the project budget;
- auditing and reporting on the project.
After the lecturer’s presentation, the webinar participants had the opportunity to participate in the discussion and ask additional questions. The listeners were most interested in the main aspects of filling out a grant application and finding partners from the Visegrad Four countries. The project office always listens to the wishes of the participants and is already preparing the next event dedicated to finding partners for various grant programs.
