On September 1, 2024, Lviv Polytechnic will launch a new Institute of Printing Art and Media Technologies (IPMT), which was formed by the merger of the Ukrainian Academy of Printing with our University.
To ensure faster and easier adaptation and integration of the new employees, a meeting was held with Yurii Bobalo, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic, Liliia Zhuk, Vice-Rector for Education and Strategic Development, Ivan Demydov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, Mykola Hnatchuk, Head of the Department of Human Resources, Nadiia Liubomudrova, Head of the Department of Employee Training and Development, and Iryna Romanovska, Head of the Department of Marketing.
Liliia Zhuk told the Heads of the IPMT Departments about the employment procedure, peculiarities of work of Lviv Polytechnic academic staff, evaluation of their performance and the incentive system.
Discussing the scientific achievements and publications of the IPMT academic staff, Vice-Rector Ivan Demydov told about the peculiarities of submitting articles for publication in journals included in scientometric databases and their indexing.
Rector Yurii Bobalo stressed that such meetings will continue to be held so that every new employee can get acquainted with the environment of Lviv Polytechnic and easily and comfortably join the team.
A number of trainings, seminars and webinars are planned for academic staff on the specifics of working in information systems, using various tools and techniques for forecasting and calculating the performance of the academic staff.
