The Project Office, Lviv Polytechnic National University, informs about ERC Consolidator grants – a competition within the framework of the Horizon Europe programme.
ERC Consolidator grants are intended to support researchers who can be integrated into their own independent research group or program. Researchers must demonstrate the ground-breaking nature, ambition and feasibility of their scientific proposal..
The competition is open to researchers who were awarded their first PhD from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2013 (inclusive), and demonstrated:
- research independence and evidence of maturity, for example, by preparing several professional publications as a main author or without the participation of their supervisor;
- experience of previous achievements relevant to their research field and career stage, including publications (as a main author) in international multidisciplinary scientific journals and / or international expert journals in the relevant field;
- reports at well-known international conferences;
- patents, awards, prizes, etc.
The amount of the grant is 2 million euros for 5 years, the maximum possible additional funding is 1 million euros.
