The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine proposes for public discussion a draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «Issues of the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine for 2022–2032».

- Amendments to the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education for 2022–2032, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 286-r «On Approval of the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine for 2022–2032» dated February 23, 2022.
The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to regulate the further implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine for 2022–2032 (hereinafter – the Strategy), namely the formation of an operational plan for its implementation in 2025–2028, as well as amendments to the Strategy to take into account significant changes in the conditions of its implementation caused by the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation, which requires an appropriate response from public policy and other stakeholders in the development of higher education.
Social groups and stakeholders to whom the act will apply: higher education students, employees of higher education institutions, and other stakeholders in higher education reforms.
Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft act for different social groups and stakeholders: achieving the goal of higher education, solving problems, confronting risks and challenges through the fullest use of opportunities and creating the basis for further development of the country’s higher education, taking into account the interests of reform stakeholders and identifying the main expected results of this Strategy implementation.
