– Today’s challenges are not the end, but a new beginning. The Forum proved once again that Ukrainian business has a bold, innovative and sustainable future. It was an extremely valuable opportunity for me to gain new knowledge, meet leading business experts and share my own experience. Participation in the event was an important step in my professional development and confirmed the high quality of education and support provided by our university. I am especially grateful for the trust and support that opens up new horizons for students and young professionals. It is also very important that I managed to establish contacts with business structures, which will give impetus to the development of youth entrepreneurship», shared her impressions Ms Andrushkiv.
The Entrepreneurs’ Forum is an annual event organised by Forbes Ukraine. Over the course of two days, its participants discussed the issues of «Resources and Solutions in Time of War: Financing, Talent Management, Data Application for Business Resilience» addressing the key crises of the year, and «Uncensored Stories of Entrepreneurs: Pain, Challenges, Victories and the Thrill of Being Yourself».
Key messages presented at the Forum included strategies for identifying a unique niche and developing a distinctive business model, system management, automation, cost optimisation; and the formation of proactive and effective teams. According to the organisers, the Entrepreneurs’ Forum is an event for those who run a business on a daily basis and are not looking for easy solutions.
The practical sessions focused on points of competitive advantage, as well as the description of business processes as the basis for systematisation, i.e. a combination of strategic thinking, practical tools and living stories for entrepreneurs who want to grow even in difficult conditions. In short, the Forum featured intensive discussions, workshops and meetings with people who shape the future of Ukrainian business.
