Today, on February 6, Lviv Polytechnic launches a survey of all employees to determine their level of loyalty to the University, as well as to evaluate the work of service units in 2023.
Every year, January and February at Lviv Polytechnic is the time to take stock of the previous year and outline plans for the new one. There is a reporting campaign, based on the results of which the University management receives information about the results of the activities of educational and scientific units. Its important component is the study of the attitude of Polytechnicians to their alma mater. Therefore, through the survey, the administration will receive indicators regarding the level of employee satisfaction with the internal environment and processes at the University.
According to Liliia Zhuk, Vice-Rector for Education and Strategic Development, the internal environment for Lviv Polytechnic is largely formed by the university units to which teachers come with various questions, in particular regarding employment, organization of the educational process, professional development, etc. Therefore, it is important to understand how effective communication is within the University, whether scientific and pedagogical workers receive comprehensive answers to the questions they ask from the specialists, what is the level of satisfaction with the services provided, etc.
