For two months, within the framework of Ivan Vyhovsky Award, Assistant Professor of the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Viktor Savka underwent his internship at the Department of Economic Sociology and Social Communication at Stanisław Staszic University of Mining and Metallurgy in Krakow, Poland.
During his internship, a representative of Lviv Polytechnic consulted with leading experts of Stanisław Staszic University of Mining and Metallurgy and Jagiellonian University and attended a number of lectures at these universities. At the end, Associate Professor V. Savka presented a report on Social Institutions As Dynamic Systems, which generated a lot of discussion of the modification problems of the content and forms of social institutions and their role in the transformation of unstable societies.
